I want to help build a stronger, more caring society. I am passionate about Dunedin, and I bring considerable energy and wide experience to the task of representing this electorate.

My diverse work background has given me an understanding of the economic and social levers that can be pulled to achieve meaningful change.

On Campus

Students form an important part of the Dunedin North electorate that I represent in Parliament. I regularly meet with students and staff to keep up with concerns on campus.

This year I have agreed to contribute a regular electorate MP column to student magazine Critic to actively engage with student issues. I’m already responding to correspondence my articles have generated!
